Tomorrow my life’s fate is going to change,
For a punishment that i don’t even deserve,
Who will plead my cause? I can’t tell!

That’s why I come before you now, to please plead my cause,
And am just hoping that my life, you won’t condemn.

They stand now to accuse me and judge me,
They say am a murderer,
But am not GUILTY.

When I was so lost, and in the middle of the road,
All I could see in my reflection was pains, tears, betrayal and hurt.
It hurts so much,
But I still couldn’t find my way,
Every one who saw me thought I was happy and had it all, but I was only suffocating.

Show me now that you are just,
Show me your mercy,
I am INNOCENT,
I have no one but you,
If you’re out there,
If you really care at all,
If you’re truly all they say you are,
Now will be the time for you to speak,
In this prison where I live now, I so much long to see your face,
I just hope it’s not too late because am hanging on to the fate that you are everything they say you are,

Somehow through the storms and rain, I saw the heavens open….The sun began to shine again, the shackles got broken.
He is faithful ever true, and he loves me.
I know, he will bring me through,
And he did.
Just when I thought it was over
Heaven smiled down on me

Now, my life is changed
And there’s nothing stopping me,
I am free,
Free to lift my hands, free to smile again,
Free to start again, free to live again,
Free to finally breathe,
Free to believe in God again,
Free to love again.
