Bold Faces……Be Courageous

It can take a whole life time to find yourself. What truly matters is finding one’s self. We are constantly searching for the answers to life’s questions, wondering why we’re here, what our purpose for being here is.There is only one person that encompasses every aspect of that question and he’s Jesus.

Pains, anger, frustration, loneliness will always have a way of looking for us even when we don’t expect them. It’s as though they live with us. Oftentimes, we spend most of our lives searching for the one thing that stands staring straight back at us when we look in the mirror.

Going through this world and getting to learn about different things
Walking through the pains, anger, frustration and disappointments yet willing to stay still
Listening to the rain pour down from the sky
Hearing the laughter’s all around you but not getting to smile
Seeing how times and dreams fly away and not been bothered
Chains of hurt coming undone
No longer do we fear to step into the sun
Flourishing in a heartbeat from weak to strong
I have come to the boarders of sleep
I know not how
But discovered that courage is all we need
If it’s all we need
Then….. Its all we’ve got

  3. Great post, we’re a mirror with distortion when we’re looking our silhouette, our courage is a perfect fit in the modern times and we must be loving our bodys more than rates in the society. Yourself and head up

  8. Yes very True Whitney, although we are not to seek after Worldly courage which leads to vanity and pride, we do need God’s Courage and He will never let us down or will He leave us to battle alone regardless of what Satan or Life brings.

    Isaiah 43:1-3 – Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters and great trouble, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown! When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. For I am the LORD, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Saviour.”

    God’s plans for us are very good as we see confirmed in the Scripture above and below but we also remember Heartwarming Bible Stories were we see God’s intervening to bring Victory, such as with David and Goliath or many times with Paul in his Journey but we can also see this in our own lives as we look back like Paul did we can also see He intervened much more than once.

    Jeremiah 29 :11-12 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

    Isaiah 41:10 Fear thou not for I AM with thee be not dismayed for I AM God I will strengthen thee yea I will help thee yea I will uphold thee with the right hand of my Righteousness.

    Lamentations 3: 33 For God doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men.
