God’s Got This!

Hi everyone! Do you know amazing things happen when you stay in the faith and trust God? Yes, I do. As hard as it may sound, God doesn’t deliver us from every difficulty, most of the time he takes s through the difficulty. For instance: Daniels faith didn’t keep him out of the lion’s den but rather his faith did make him lion proof and that’s what brought him out of the lion’s den. If Daniel, the three Hebrew teenagers had been worried, negative, and panicked, maybe there would have been a different result and we wouldn’t be talking about them differently today. I’m asking you to quit worrying about what you’re facing, quit losing sleep over that child that ain’t doing right, quit being upset because somebody did you wrong, your dreams haven’t come pass. Can I tell you something? God’s got this! Like he did for Daniel, he’s going to make a way where you don’t see any. He’s going to protect you, favour you, and get you to where you’re supposed to be.

David said though I walk through the valleys of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil. God’s not just with you on the mountaintops have with you in the valleys. When you’re going through things, he knows what you’re up against. The scriptures say “God is concerned with what concerns you. A sparrow doesn’t fall to the ground without God knowing about it, how much more is God concerned with what’s happening with and to you? Trust him, live from the place of peace.

This is a decision we have to make on a daily basis because every day there’s something to worry about, there’s some reason to get upset. All through the day, keep this phrase close to your heart – ” God’s got this”, “He’s concerned about me”, “He’s bigger than any enemy I think I may have got”, ” He’s lining up the right people”, “He’s arranging things in my favour”, this attitude of faith is what allows God to do amazing things in your life.

As our children resume school this week, God is saying, I’ve got them. I will protect them all, trust me. Are you worried about your children? Stressed out over your job? Discouraged because of a disappointment and thinking it’s not going to work out? Come back to that place of peace. God’s got this! He’s directing your steps, he’s bringing the right people across your path and your children path, he’s got beauty for all your ashes, and right now he’s working behind the scenes in your life. Dare to trust him, dare to believe him.

When we worry we tie the hand of God. We all face situations that are bigger than us. A bad medical report, lost a major client, trouble in relationships. It’s easy to think about all the reasons why things ain’t going to work out but instead of doing that, I need you to dig your heels in switch into faith and say, ” now God I know you’ve got this, thank you for protecting my children, thank you for healing my body, thank you for fighting my battles”. Whenever you are tempted to worry, turn it around and thank God that he is working.

Daniel could have said “God I was doing the right thing, I was being my best, why did this happen to me? Sometimes God will allow you to go through difficult situations just to prove to you that he’s God. He could have gotten Daniel out of the lion’s den, he could have prevented the Hebrew teenagers from getting into the fury furnace but he allowed these things not only to show them but to show others that he’s God.

When David defeated Goliath that’s twice his size, he didn’t do just so Daniel can be promoted or honoured. That victory was a sign to the Philistines, a sign to all their enemies, a sign to all the Israelites that God was in control. His favour and blessings were on them. Some of the battles God allows into your life are not just about you alone but to make a statement to the people around you. Nothing speaks any louder than when people see the favour of God in your life when they see you overcome obstacles that should have held you back, defeated giants that were bigger, accomplishing dreams where you don’t have the expertise, like Daniel they will know you serve the living God.

When God brings you through the lion’s den, through the fiery furnace, those victories are like fuel to feed your faith when you face other challenges. He needs you to know that if he did it before, he’ll do it again. Don’t get discouraged when you face things you don’t understand, obstacles that are bigger than you, its simply an opportunity for God to show you who he is only if you change your perspective.

One thing is to believe God has power, that he can do the impossible, that’s good. But God wants you to do more than belief. He wants you to experience his power and awesomeness every day. David lived a positive life Psalm 127 expresses his strong faith. He believed God is bigger than any obstacles he faced. God has placed you out of reach of any obstacles, evil or pain in your destiny. All you’ve got to do is behave like David and remain calm, confident and brave. The forces that are for you are more than those against you.

Is something weighing you down? Frustrated by what didn’t work out? Looking down on yourself because you’re not where you’re supposed to be? God is saying to you- ” I’ve got this, I have new beginnings, I have healings, I’ve got breakthroughs, nothing surprises me”. Be still and know that he’s God. He’s got you in the palm of his hand, he loves you very much.

So, keep this phrase playing in your head when next you get worried- “Gods got this!

Blessings to you and yours❤❤
