Hello everyone! How are you doing?
The source of all abundance is not outside you. It’s part of who you are. You can not receive what you don’t give. Outflow determines inflow. Whatever you feel the world is withholding from you, you already have, but until you allow it to flow out, you won’t even know that you have it. This my friends include abundance.
The law of giving and receiving, outflow determines inflow, is expressed by Christ in “Luke 6:38 – Give, and it shall be given unto you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you”
Very often I hear people complain that others don’t treat them well enough. ” I don’t get any respect, attention, recognition, acknowledgment, praise, appreciation, assistance, love, care, and so on.
The fact is: Whatever you think someone or the world is withholding from you, you are withholding from the world and from others as well. You are withholding it consciously or unconsciously. Oftentimes you withhold it because deep down you think you are small, not good enough and that you have nothing to give.
Who you think you are is also ultimately connected with how you see yourself treated by others. Most times, when people are kind, they suspect hidden motives. They suspect others want to manipulate them, take advantage of them. They conclude; “Nobody loves me!”
We need to begin to see the fullness of life all around us. Complaints, self-loathing, deprives us the ability to see the abundance all around us. For instance: Seeing the warmth of the sun on your beautiful skin, relishing the display of magnificent flowers outside a flower shop, cherishing the raindrops from the sky as it nourishes the land and cools the atmosphere.
The fullness of life and all its abundance is right there at every step you take. The problem most times is that we look but we don’t see and when we do look, we choose to see what isn’t there. The acknowledgment of that abundance that is all around you awakens the dormant abundance within.
It’s time to let it out. For every time you smile at a stranger or someone down, there is already a minute outflow of abundance. You instantly become a giver. Be conscious of giving yourself and be conscious of giving love. Ask yourself often: ” What can I give here? How can I be of service to this person, this situation?”
You don’t feel abundance when you own everything. The big misconception is; “You feel abundance when you own everything”. With my little age and experience gathered, I can tell you with all assurance that this isn’t true. Abundance comes only to those who already have it and acknowledges it. This may sound unfair, but it isn’t. It’s a universal law.
A wise man once said, ” Both scarcity and abundance are inner states that manifest as your reality”. I agree with him. Abundance and scarcity is part of life and who we are. How we choose to acknowledge and recognize them is what makes the difference.
Lovely week ahead everyone.
Blessings and Love
